2019 Mistral

This wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered and a harmless sediment may remain.

2020 Mistral

2021 Mistral

This wine aged on fine lees for 4 months and spent a total of 9 months in barrique.  Pronounced and intense floral perfume and spice notes are displayed in this bone dry blend as well as the hallmark texture, balance and fresh acidity. This wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered and a harmless sediment may remain.

2016 Chardonnay

Two select parcels of Gin Gin clone Chardonnay from the Wilyabrup and Karridale sub-regions were hand harvested and whole bunch basket pressed directly to barrel for wild fermentation with no additions, adjustments or fining. The wine was aged for 10 months in subtle French oak barrels, 22% of which were new, before bottling unfined, unfiltered and unadulterated. 

An elegant, dry Chardonnay with crisp, mineral acidity and great complexity. This wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered and a harmless sediment may remain. 

2018 Chardonnay

Three stunning parcels of Chardonnay from the incredible 2018 vintage were hand harvested  from the Wilyabrup and Karridale sub-regions. The fruit was whole bunch basket pressed directly to barrel for wild fermentation with wild malolactic fermentation and batonnage to build complexity.  The wine was aged for 9 months in French oak barrels, 16% of which were new. And elegant Chardonnay resulted showing defined fruit profile, crisp, mineral acidity, great complexity and length. This wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered and a harmless sediment may remain.
