The fruit for this wine was hand picked and whole bunch basket pressed directly to used French oak barriques for wild fermentation with no additions, adjustment or fining. The wine was aged on fine lees for 4 months and spent a total of 9 months in barriques.
Pronounced and intense floral perfume and spice notes are displayed in this bone dry blend as well as the hallmark texture, balance and fresh acidity. This wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered and a harmless sediment may remain.
