Select parcels of Cabernet Sauvignon from the Wilyabrup and Walcliffe sub-regions, old vine Merlot and a hint of Petit Verdot both from Wilyabrup were hand harvested and fermented with wild yeasts before gentle basket pressing to French oak. The wine was aged for 21 months in subtle French oak barrels, 21% of which were new, and bottled unfined, unfiltered and unadulterated. 

Elegant, delicate yet with great complexity, this wine will drink well immediately wand will also reward careful cellaring for many years to come.
