The fruit for this wine was hand picked and whole bunch basket pressed directly to used French oak barriques for wild fermentation with no additions, adjustment or fining. The wine was aged on fine lees for 9 months. Perfumed and floral, this bone dry blend displays wonderful texture and balance with crisp acidity. This wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered and a harmless sediment may remain.
