The fruit for this wine was hand picked and whole bunch basket pressed directly to used French oak barriques for wild fermentation with no additions, adjustment or fining. This wine developed for 9 months in oak with 5 months ageing on fine lees. Floral perfume and spice are displayed in this bone dry blend as well as hallmark textures, balance and crisp acidity. This wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered and a harmless sediment may remain.
