This summer, MR. Barval Fine Wines is introducing a new Italian-inspired casual eatery, celebrating produce from our newly planted kitchen garden and simple, local snack plates. Meet CIBO – the Barval food van.

Settle in with a glass of vino and soak up the views over the Cardardup Brook. Come by for a lazy afternoon, stay for sunset and enjoy the easygoing CIBO style of dining.

Our opening menu features dishes like a garden-fresh green salad with MR. Barval Farm honey and our house-made vintage vinegar, La Delizia burrata with preserved citrus from the Barval orchard, cured Italian meats and hand-stretched, slow-fermented pizzas.

The menu will evolve with the garden, so there’ll always be something new to try. Pop in, pull up a chair and let summer unfold at Barval.
