Bullara Station Collaboration Dinner
A Collaborative Dinner at Bullara Station
Our friends at Bullara Station have faced challenging times recently, following the devastating floods and destructive winds brought by Cyclone Narelle. Through sheer determination and tireless work, they have rebuilt and reopened their gates, and we are delighted to bring this collaborative dinner to life.
The Menu
Much like the journey guests take to arrive at Bullara Station, dining at The Table is a journey through the station’s history and landscape. Head chef and pastry chef Toby and Maree Fisher create everything from scratch, guided by a deep respect for provenance, tradition, and place. Their menus thoughtfully reinterpret classic station fare, modernising dishes that would have once been enjoyed here generations ago.
While contemporary in execution, the menu remains deeply connected to its surroundings, honouring Bullara’s heritage and the rugged beauty of the outback.
The Experience
For this special collaborative evening, guests can expect grazing snacks on the lawn, paired with our Rosè and Mistral, before being seated for a shared main course of pit‑fired Bullara beef fillet, beautifully matched with Vino Rosso and Cabernet Malbec. The evening concludes on a decadent note with Riserva Cabernet alongside a dark chocolate and hazelnut pudding.
An intimate night of fine wine, thoughtful food, and outback hospitality — celebrating resilience, collaboration, and place.
